SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Full Time

As the Senior Account Director your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your clients receive top-notch service and that their strategic goals are met with creativity and efficiency.

You will drive account strategy, foster strong client relationships, and oversee the delivery of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client’s business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively address client needs.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from concept to delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative professionals, and analysts. Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success.
  • Drive account profitability by managing budgets, identifying upsell opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  •  Minimum of 5-7  years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile accounts and delivering results.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. Exceptional client-facing skills with a client-centric approach.
