As the PR Senior Account Director, you will be the key strategist and relationship manager for this high-profile luxury client.

You will drive account growth, develop tailored strategies, and ensure the delivery of outstanding results that align with the brand’s prestigious reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of luxury clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement innovative account strategies that drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of luxury markets and consumer behaviour.
