As the Account Manager in the Healthcare Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering marketing strategies for their healthcare clients. You will act as the linchpin between clients, creative teams, and other internal departments to bring their client’s visions to life, ensuring projects are executed with excellence and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their brand, goals, and challenges.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on the development of strategic plans, providing data-driven insights and identifying key market trends to support client objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign management, ensuring deliverables align with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and client timelines.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate between internal departments (creative, strategy, media) to optimise project workflows and bring concepts to life.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure compliance.
About You: We’re looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare marketing and a track record of managing successful client relationships. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of account management experience in an advertising or healthcare agency setting.
- A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, including industry regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
